Professional Profile Marc is responsible for the leasing and sale of retail space contained within the company's property portfolio. His responsibilities include financial and market analysis for property valuation, lease analysis and negotiation, due diligence, acquisitions and dispositions, and specialized marketing programs to maximizing property marketing, growth and long term value.He has also been involved in disposition of large retail properties including shopping centers, theaters and lumberyards and has experience in bankruptcy liquidation through some of these dispositions. He has experience in REO (Real Estate Owned by foreclosure in bank portfolios) including opinions of value, due diligence, marketing, sale and subdivision. His experience in commercial real estate brokerage, management, development, environmental compliance and environmental science has prepared him well for property marketing. In addition to conventional brokerage, Marc has been instrumental in build-to-suit opportunities in power center and freestanding locations. He has also been involved in significant re-tenanting and re-positioning of large properties. He has a special passion for the reinvention of Oklahoma City, including Bricktown, Midtown and the I-40 redevelopment corridor. Marc has dealt with numerous national tenants including Tony Romas, Blue Corn, Ford Motor Real Estate, YUM!, Wallace Theaters, Dollar Tree, Tuesday Morning, Payless Cashways, Jos A Bank, Office Depot, Radio Shack, Big Lots, Primestar, Wausau, Beneficial Finance, First American Real Estate Solutions, Initial Staffing, Sally Beauty, Leatherseats.com, SMC Electronics M&I Bank and a host of local tenants.
