Professional Profile Marc is primarily responsible for the leasing and sale of retail space contained within the company's property portfolio. His responsibilities include financial and market analysis for property valuation, lease analysis and negotiation, due diligence, acquisitions and dispositions, and developing specialized marketing programs to maximize property growth and long term value. He has also been involved in disposition of large retail properties like shopping centers, theaters and lumberyards and has gotten experience in bankruptcy liquidation through some of these dispositions. His experience in commercial real estate has prepared him for unusual and diverse property marketing. In addition to conventional brokerage, Marc has been instrumental in build-to-suit opportunities in power center and freestanding locations.
